"My grandfather set me up with State Farm when I got my first car. Never had a single issue. Then later in life I got married and joined my husband’s insurance instead…Geico (🤢). We moved out of the country and no longer needed insurance. Then 5 years later, we came back. This time I chose who we would use for insurance, so I went right back to State Farm. Immediately the customer service is better and I’m talking to someone who is actually IN my town, instead of calling an 800 number. Ben Johnston, thank you for making this process smooth and reminding me how nice it is to be treated like a neighbor. Thanks for explaining my options without making me feel like I was getting a sales pitch for each thing. I hope I never have to use my insurance, but I’m sure glad I’ll have people here locally to help me."

"After going through a big move from state to state, Ben was very helpful in assisting me with transferring my car and rental insurance plans over the phone. It took a little while to do this over the phone but he was very informative about everything on the policies I wanted, what they would cover, and other policies that would specifically help me. He didn’t try to sell me anything that wouldn’t be useful to me. Even gave me call back once everything went into place. They’re a friendly and informative group!"

"The newest review on their page is a year ago. Clearly for the last year somethings have changed. I will be honest when I joined this office's insurance agents, It was equipped with knowledgeable staff. Since the past year it has been tough and I am disgusted with the service since 2024. Since 2023 there has been more than 100% Increase in the insurance of my car, without any change in anything. They Don't pick up calls, extremely difficult to reach cannot give me the info i need. They say the odometer reading should have been reported by a certain date, otherwise there would be a 100% increase in my insurance. Then you should inform me that! Now they are saying they can't change it and I'll have to pay 300$ more for the next six months, because they did not know about the deadline and did not put my odometer reading in time."

I am not able to go into the details of the claim and the reasons that the claims team felt they were unable to pay this claim.
